I Heart Faces

Since it's beginner week at iHeartFaces, I figured I'd try one without begging for help from my lovely and edit-smart pals.
After a few lucky shots, I've really wanted to learn what makes them work.
And good golly, there's a lot to learn!

Here's the same one from last week... only in color so you can see all those things that make my boy's world go round... rocks, haystacks, and wheelbarrows, oh my!

Photobucket
I love the big circle of dirt around his eye. Let me tell ya... my bathtub afterwards showed every bit of it!

(this is our barn shed, and yes... there's Christmas lights up on there. Don't be hatin' now :)

Come join the fun at iHeartFaces!

He is adorable. Love the shot too. My little guy would go crazy with all that action.

I just never get tired of looking at that cute little boy! I like it in color, too.

SOOOOOOOOOO CUTE...why does he remind me of one of the little Rascals in this shot? So cute...maybe spanky? Hmmm. Very adorable!

Fabulous entry! He doesn't take a bad picture, does he?! He has such great features! Love the sun flare on the side of his face, and his gorgeous eyes!

Great picture! If you are in the beginners category, that is for sure where I belong!!!

It would be a perfect shot if he had one of those little dogs with a ring around his eye too!

It's a great "boy" shot. ;)

And you do have to kinda psyche yourself up for leaving the little ones even if they are staying with your parents and you know everything will be ok. Saturday morning when I talked to W.W. and he went "Are you here?" I about cried. Those Mom feelings will get ya every time. :) However, it is neat to see how after only 3 days W.W. had already developed new little quirks.

Oh, yes it is such a great shot of a boy being a boy! He looks all farm boy right there. :) LOL about the Christmas lights! I remember when my aunt and uncle had a Christmas star on their dairy barn year round. There were other things to do than take it down when it wasn't the season. ;)

He's so stinkin' cute!!!! What a great messy pic! And he looks so innocent too - like "what mom? what'd I do?"

Thanks for coming over to visit at my place/site. I am working a bit harder at not just looking - but occasionally leaving a comment:)

Your photo the other week was outstanding! I felt it as soon as I saw it.

I read down a bit on your blog. I feel the same way. I am learning a lot - and being inspired to learn more from this process. It's great.
