Redemption?

So... you know all those Not Me's that sure make me sound an awful lot like a a mother who wouldn't have passed a teenager's babysitting course at the YMCA?

All those tales of mischief and mayhem in our household and in (heaven forbid) public...

The recent kick that Itty Bit is on after watching Madagascar 4,863 times and suddenly realizing he's terrified of lions? Yeah, awesome mommy, huh?

Sometimes, maybe there's just a simple act of love that can go a long way toward evening out the scales. Some small sacrifice that makes up for nearly all of your parenting flaws.

I give you Exhibit A:

And he was a breastfed baby.

I rest my case.

Hard to believe this little preemie couldn't get released from the hospital until he learned how to eat.

Think he figured it out?

Oh DEAR... seems someone let Mr. Daddy in. DEAR... maybe now you have a visual picture of what Itty Bit's infancy wreaked on me.
Of course it was all in love for that little cute stinker - but now you get why it could wear a fullgrown woman out :)

DUDE... this is a FAMILY blog! What on earth are you doing?

Yes, I know... you're sitting at your computer laughing hysterically at me.

Never fear, revenge will be sweet.

(and why is your face redder than mine???)

giggle, snort, weez, not from embarrassment DEAR,,,,just short of breath.

Okay. So y'all have figured out that Mr. Daddy will say pretty much anything to embarrass me. This was meant to be a silly post about "Good Lord, that kid is a vacuum", and "his mama must have been a saint" (LOL).

Whoever knows what Mr. Daddy is gonna say? I promise, the rest of the blog is rated PG!.

I love this man, in spite of this goofy streak :)

Kailan was a vacuum, too. Must be because they are boys?? ;) Poor us!

Oh, and Mr. Daddy, yes, I have dimples. Craters I like to call them, though they are less pronounced the fatter my face gets. ;)

My Lord, girl! Did he bleed you dry every time he came to the trough? That's some fierce sucking there.

And as for you and Mr. Daddy, I know it's only quitting time out your way but~~GET A ROOM!

That is funny. I never produced breastmilk and W.W. was a premie but to look at him now you'd never know formula ever did him wrong. ;)
