Oh, and Costco? You’re not fooling anyone with your online contact form. I’m deaf, so I entered a dummy phone number. Of course:
“We’re sorry, but Costco’s customer service form is down for maintenance.
Please call 111-123-4567 for assistance”.
Same message three more times with three different phone numbers.
Then I punched in a legit phone number and suddenly, amazingly, your website works fine and the form goes through? Yeaaaaaah. Not buying it, Thank You Very Much.
