Is that a pile of rocks he was picking up? Uh-oh... I bet I know where those rocks went!

But I thought you called it "rocking them to sleep"??? hee hee

At least you caught a big one today - we'll be feasting for a week! :)

Aww, how cute is that?!? Fishing is more fun this way right? He looks too adorable for words though and like he is having the time of his life. I know I asked Chris if he was going to get hay in the morning and Blaze says YEAH!!!!!!!!! He loves it as I am sure Itty Bit loves fishing with you.

Oh I am a killer fisher gal. I love to do it. We grew up on the lake so that is what we did during the summer. we would have competitions and I would always win. He is so cute and I love all his different names. I would say he is going to be a ladies man!

It won't be long, friend, before you're posting pics of him holding bigger fish than you! Adam didn't do so well on the boat fishing until he hit about 7-8. Now? He totally rocks it, and it's the most wonderful time of the year when he and dad get to go out on the boat. You're building a bond with your boy that will give you way to talk to him when nothing else will.... :<)

You'll probably be having your "regular" days again and then you'll have similar pictures, but this time, with Itty Bit next to you holding up his prize catch. :)

Ah father, daddy fishing the best kind!! Who say's your bigger buddies can't come...they should enjoy the experience as well!! My husband would call that a 'mens' trip.

We have three boys and their first 'mens' trip was at a trout farm..there was more fish than water...everyone caught their quota and I got to be the camera girl.

As they got older their 'men' trips were fishing in Alaska..they still caught their quota and I enjoyed staying home having 'girl' time!

You and Itty bitty are off to a great start!
Love the pictures!!

The pictures of Itty Bit makes me a little nostalgic for my early "fishing" trips. Rocks, garter snakes, frogs... nothing was safe(except the fish, they just watched me in fascination).

I love watching Itty Bit grow up! And fishing and catching trips are like rites of passage! Even if the catch consists of rocks! :)

I call him, and his parents, ADORABLE! By the way ... I called Josiah "BooBear" when he was little. I still call him (all 6'5" and 220 pounds of him) "Boo!" I wasn't aware anyone noticed until one of the work studies (college students) in our office heard me answer the phone, "Hey, Boo!" the other day and commented on how cute he thought that was! Wonder if Joe still thinks it's cute!

too cute!!! 'bite killer' made me laugh out loud. That is almost what my dad used to call me -- well almost...it was something like buzz kill or something like that because no one caught anything when I was along. I am sure many good times will be had in the future :)
