Hope

 

I’m reminded once again

that you, me, anyone

we’re just a phone call away from having our lives changed forever.

 

We are in the countdown.

To the hospital before the sun is up.

Praying for good news by time it lights our sky.

 

Because I can’t imagine otherwise.
