More than once Mom had to wake him up or get hurt. He apoligized up and down, and it did pass eventually. Those darn dreams can seem so real sometimes. Anyway, it seems as if, when a man gets OLDER, he tends to have more of those kinds of dreams. Hubby dreams that he&#39;s trapped in a house with some kind of bad guy, and yes, it can be a little scary to be within reach of his flailing arms and legs. No shiner yet, but a bruise once from getting kicked. And Rachel.. I&#39;ve read that magnesium can actually help with insomnia. I know it has helped Bug Hunter with attention/focus issues at school AND that he does get to sleep faster and better since he&#39;s been taking it.
